Recently, LDA partnered with one of the fastest growing Seminaries in the United States. While we all pray daily for more vocations to the priesthood, the call is being answered by 90 men who consider this Seminary home. Coming from 11 different Dioceses around the country, they approach their call with a tremendous zeal for their faith! LDA is led the Zeal for the Lord’s House Campaign with a primary goal of $50 million to renovate, restore, and expand this beautiful, antebellum campus. The campaign concluded at a whopping $75-plus million, surpassing the challenge goal, and continues to rise! The importance of securing Major Gifts and building a strong foundation for any Archdiocesan, Diocesan, or Institutional Campaign cannot be stressed enough. The Zeal for the Lord's House Campaign is a great illustration of the dedication of the people of our Church. Generosity abounds of we "ask and invite" others to be our partners in the mission.
